A rewarding proposition

In common with many hotel groups, Barceló runs an incentive scheme for those booking rooms and accommodation for meetings and other events. We were asked to develop a suite of materials to promote the scheme.

Aimed at the corporate and travel trades, the ads, leaflets and inserts are strong, bold and vibrant. The fonts match those we’re now using in B2C communications to ensure brand consistency.

Given the time and budget constraints, it was important that the strategic and creative work came together quickly for this project. That’s where experience comes in: as well as having the talent within our team, we know the hotel industry extremely well, and understand what M&E bookers really want.

The Barceló incentive scheme is similar to many others in the corporate M&E market, so we had to ensure the benefits were communicated clearly and simply. We also knew we needed a strong creative style that would give us some cut-through in the trade media.

Like a lot of our recent work for Barceló, this campaign depended on clean, straightforward creative with strong graphic elements. The colour palette is one we can ‘own’ and take forward into future promotions for this scheme.
